1. What this site is
Silver Palace Guide is an unofficial, non-commercial fan publication about the game Silver Palace. It is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with Happy Elements, Silver Studio, Elementa or any platform holder. "Silver Palace", character names and game assets are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification and commentary.
2. Acceptable use
You may read, link to and quote short extracts of this site for personal, non-commercial use, provided you credit Silver Palace Guide and link back to the page. You may not:

3. Accuracy and no warranty
The site is provided "as is". Game systems change between test builds and launch, and some details are unconfirmed. We label test-build numbers and cite our sources, but we cannot guarantee that every statement is current or complete. You use the information at your own risk. See the disclaimer for the full statement.

6. Newsletter
The newsletter is optional. If you subscribe, you agree to receive occasional launch announcements at the address you provide. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell the list.

To the extent permitted by law, Silver Palace Guide and its contributors are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including lost progress, lost accounts, or decisions made on the basis of a guide. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
